Brewery Cellar with
Taproom in Pulsnitz
In the cool tranquility of our in-house brewery, we give Pulsnitzer Schützenbier the time it needs to develop its golden-yellow color and unmistakable character. A beer that impresses with its full-bodied taste and a balanced, rich aroma.
Meanwhile, one floor up, our kitchen prepares regional dishes for you with the same care. This interplay of brew kettle and stove under one roof makes our establishment a place of vibrant drinking culture and modern lifestyle.
Cheers!
Pulsnitzer Schützenbier – a delicious beer experience that harmoniously accentuates the flavors of our dishes with its fine hop-accented note.
Brewing Art Without Compromise
In our brewery pub, we rely on hand-picked raw materials and the expertise of our brewmaster. From an optimally balanced original wort, the basis for our beer is created according to the German Purity Law through mashing, lautering, and boiling in the brew kettles. After the fermentation process and subsequent maturation, we present you with a classic, bottom-fermented Pilsner.
A Feast for Connoisseurs
A true beer enjoyment begins with the professional tapping: observe how the fine-pored head forms on the brilliant golden liquid. Served in a Pilsner glass, a classic slender shape that preserves the effervescence of the carbonation, our barley juice unfolds its full flavor experience. Inhale the finely bitter scent of hops and enjoy from the first sip.
More Than a Thirst Quencher
Whether as a hearty evening drink, a refreshment with a meal, or for a shared tasting – our beer provides relaxing moments all year round. We invite you to taste the quality of our home-brewed specialties directly on site. Join us for a cool blonde. Cheers!

The base malt is a Bohemian floor malt, supplemented by other malts. These give the beer its strong color and a dominant malt body that characterizes the beer, as well as a firm head. Two bitter hops and two aroma hops provide a mild and pleasantly light bitterness in the beer. The famous Saaz aroma hops contribute to the typical floral and fruity Bohemian beer taste.
