We only redeem vouchers whose authenticity is beyond doubt and which bear an original signature of an authorised representative of Dirk Busch and Gerd Busch GbR as well as an original, valid company stamp. The voucher is created digitally and registered digitally in our till system. The small voucher card is therefore absolutely required for redemption. The holder of the voucher card is liable for the loss of the card. Re-issuing the voucher card is not possible. Redemption of the voucher is not possible for hall events, family or company celebrations, deliveries outside the premises, or on public holidays applicable in the Free State of Saxony. The voucher expires three years after the end of the year of issue. The monetary value can no longer be redeemed after that. A general cash payout or payout of any remaining balance is not possible.
